Regular property reports

We visit your property on a regular basis and provide you with a full inspection report to ensure it is safe and secure at all times.

Property maintenance

On inspection, we check for possible water leaks and any electrical issues and check the general condition of installations.

Property repairs

We will report to you on any maintenance or repairs needed to your property. If you have any building work requirements, we can arrange or oversee the work.

Odd jobs

We are on hand to help arrange or undertake any odd jobs needed inside your property or garden/terrace area.
