The brief was to modernise the property and make it fresh and bright and bring it upto date.
All the floor tiles were removed, the kitchen and bathroom were re-fitted, all lights, sockets and switches replaced, the boiler was re-positioned and plumbed in, all the walls and ceiling we sanded and the whole property was decorated.
