Construction

Foundation and structure by means of reinforced concrete elements.
External walls made of 6-inch perforated brick, rendered inside, air cavity, internal rock wool insulation and laminated plasterboard lining on a self-supporting structure of galvanized steel profiles.
External surface coated with floated mortar and finished with plain acrylic paint. Colour to be chosen by Project Management.
Flat, non-passable roof and terraces with gravel finishing.

Floors and walls

General indoor flooring of top quality porcelain stoneware in the homes, with white DM or PVC skirting board, depending on the room.
Outdoor terraces and porches with anti-slip stoneware flooring.
Bathroom walls tiled with top quality stoneware in shower and washbasin area. Rest of the walls and ceiling finished with plastic paint.
Home ceilings with laminated plasterboard, waterproof in wet rooms.
Plain matt plastic paint on horizontal and vertical surfaces inside the homes. Colour to be chosen by Project Management.

Woodwork

Safety entrance door.
Wooden room doors lacquered in white.
Built-in wardrobe fronts same as room doors, with hinged doors, inside lining, top compartment and hanging rod.
Metalwork in lacquered aluminium, with thermal break, hinged, tilt-and-turn or sliding windows, according to design, with double glazing and air cavity.
Bedroom darkening by means of lacquered aluminium blinds filled with foam..

Bathrooms

Sanitary fittings of vitrified porcelain with chrome-plated mixer taps with water flow restrictor. Models to be chosen by Project Management.
Domestic hot water by means of electric water heater and solar power.
Pre-installation of air-conditioning by ducts and vents
