If you Travel inland from Malaga you find the pretty villages of Coin and Alhaurin el Grande and Ronda.

To The East of Malaga are the pretty villages of Velez-Malaga, Torrox, Nerja and Frigiliana. After you pass Nerja on the N340 motorway, you come across the un-spoilt area of the Costa Tropical. Motril, Almunecar and Salobrena are the main costal towns of the Costa Tropical. Here you can sample a flavour of traditional Spanish life.

Traveling north towards Granada, you will pass into the Lecrin Valley. The Valley is most famous for the fabulous Alpujarras. Here you will find the Sierrra Nevada ski resort.
