1.3 propertyfinder-online.com cannot be held responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the positioning of the properties or photographs within the website which are submitted by the customer.

2.0 Accuracy of information supplied

2.1 propertyfinder-online.com cannot accept any legal responsibility for the accuracy of advertisements supplied by customers, or any alleged breaches of contract on an advertisers part. The advertiser indemnifies propertyfinder-online.com against all costs, expenses and losses arising out of a claim relating to the content of an advertisement

2.2 Advertisers are responsible for notifying propertyfinder-online.com of any changes to their contact details

3.0 Photographs

3.1 Every effort will be made to reproduce faithfully all advertisements submitted, but propertyfinder-online.com cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage or otherwise resulting from errors or omissions.

4.0 Liability

4.1 propertyfinder-online.com does not warrant that the operation of the propertyfinder-online.com site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

4.2 In no event shall propertyfinder-online.com be liable to the advertiser for any special, consequential, incidental or indirect damages, including lost profits.

5.0 Copyright

5.1 propertyfinder-online.com shall be entitled to reproduce part or whole of any photographic material supplied by the advertiser.

5.2 propertyfinder-online.com claims copyright to the electronic images of the photographic material supplied by advertisers.

5.3 It is the advertisers responsibility to obtain reproduction permission for all photographic and other material used in their advertisements. The advertiser warrants that he is the owner of the copyright in such material or is authorised by the owner thereof to grant to propertyfinder-online.com the rights therein contained. propertyfinder-online.com cannot be held responsible for any infringement of copyright laws resulting from material supplied by the advertisers and the advertiser indemnifies propertyfinder-online.com against any action brought for breach of copyright or other rights from the use of such material supplied by the advertiser.

6.0 Text and web links

6.1 propertyfinder-online.com reserves the right to refuse hypertext links to, or addresses of, other web sites from advertisers pages, and to remove links or web addresses without notice at our sole discretion.

6.2 propertyfinder-online.com reserves the right to charge hypertext links at any time.

7.0 Multiple listings

7.1 Each advertisement submitted to the propertyfinder-online.com site displays an individual property. Advertisers cannot list examples of properties in an area. Only one property description can appear on each individual advertisement, unless it is a property with multiple rental units on the same site, and additional advertising units are purchased. propertyfinder-online.com reserves the right to amend the copy or remove the advertisement, when more than one property is described in the advertisement.

8.0 Termination of advertising

8.1 If advertisers wish to remove their advertisement removed from the propertyfinder-online.com site before the end of their subscription period, this will be done, but no refunds will be paid.

8.2 propertyfinder-online.com reserves the right to refuse any advertisement for our web site, and will not be liable for any loss or expense in so doing.

8.3 If propertyfinder-online.com receives a complaint from a person who has rented an advertisers property which propertyfinder-online.com, acting reasonably, consider is justified, or an advertiser knowingly double-books a property, or engages in any unacceptable practices or is in breach of its obligations to propertyfinder-online.com, then propertyfinder-online.com reserves the right to remove the property from the propertyfinder-online.com website without notice.

9.0 Payment

9.1 Payment for advertising must be in Euros by major credit or debit cards, or by a bank transfer.

9.0 Spanish Law

9.1 These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law and advertisers accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts to rule on any disputes.
