How to set up your advert

Step 1. Complete the easy to use online order form providing us with your personnal details, the area your property is located in, the resort name, key features your property has, (i.e 3 beds, 3 baths, private pool, close to beach and golf etc) and a clear concise detailed description of your property. Please take the time to provide as much information as posssible as this is the area that will sell the property for you!

Step 2. Select photos which best illustrate your property. Try to include internal and external pictures. Photographs held in an electronic format can be uploaded directly onto the order form.

Step 3. Once you have entered all your details, you will be redirected to a secure server to make your payment. Once payment is confirmed, you will be allocated with a customer number, this will be your property reference on our website.

Step 4. As soon as we have recieved payment, your advert will be uploaded to the propertyfinder-online.com website.

Tips!

Be realistic in your pricing levels. Remember price is one of the key factor in peoples choice and not surprisingly the cheaper of two similar properties is the first to be booked! Look at other similar properties in the area or those with similar features to help with your pricing. Please remember to review your prices regularly and talk to would–be renters as to why they haven’t chosen your property

Keep your contact details up to date, it is usefull to supply a day time and an evening contact number. If your contact details change, let us know as soon as possible.

Remember you can update your advertisement at any time. Review the content regularly and submit changes to us. Ask your tennents for feedback – ask them what appealed to them ; what they liked best ; what they liked least and utilize the feedback.

Supply as much additional information as possible in response to questions from enquiring holiday makers. Be enthusiastic about your property and the area . Remember there is a lot of competition.
